As the youngest daughter of Chairman and Owner Bill Burke, Taylor joined the Fire-Dex Family in January 2019 as our Customer Relations Manager. Quickly after, in August 2019, she became Division Manager of Gear Wash, where she confidently led the onboarding of two acquisitions for Gear Wash in Milwaukee and Hudson, granting her the promotion to Director of Gear Wash in 2021 and eventually President of Gear Wash in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida.
Catera joined Fire-Dex in December 2019, bringing over 5 years of excellent customer service experience in multiple different industries and has become the customer service voice of Gear Wash. Due to her hard work, Catera earned the promotion to Business Development Representative in 2022.
Kaitlin began her journey at Fire-Dex in September 2019 as a Sewing Associate but quickly earned a promotion to Sewing Supervisor in March 2020 due to her excellent seamstress and leadership skills. By 2021, her continued dedication lead her to be promoted to Operations Supervisor.
Whitney joined Fire-Dex in June 2021 as the Business Development Manager and works on developing regional relationships with new and existing customers. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and Hospitality from the University of Central Florida.
Anthony offers his unique Aviation safety and quality background to the organization. He is one of the main contributors to the ever-improving Gear Wash tracking software, and has been instrumental in the growth of our Hudson, FL location. His respected leadership skills and dedication earned Anthony the promotion to Gear Wash Regional Manager in 2022.
Jackie brings over 30 years of skillful and attentive industrial manufacturing experience to the team. Due to her prowess, she quickly rose to become the Quality Team Lead, and everyone’s go to person.
Katie Andrews
Operations Manager, Las Vegas
Katie joined Gear Wash in 2014 as a Seamstress, where her efficiencies and focus earned her the promotion to Repair Supervisor in 2016. She has also assisted with the development of the PPE tracking system as the Project Manager. Since 2018, she has held the role of Operations Manager, where she ensures all production activities are safely followed.
Alyssa joined Gear Wash in 2014 as an Order Fulfillment Technician, where her eye for detail quickly earned her the promotion to Order Fulfillment Lead in 2016. Due to her dedication to quality assurance, Alyssa earned the role of Facility Supervisor in 2018.
